Mactan-Cebu International Airport’s Enhanced Tenant Management System (TMS) by Alliance Software is now in its completion stage as all of its tenant stores have now been connected to the Alliance TMS Headquarter Module. This module, which is accessed by the airport’s operator GMR-Megawide, shows all of the tenant real-time sales data transacted through each Alliance and non-Alliance WebPOS. Transmitted data from each terminal is consolidated and converted to Sales Summaries that can be filtered by Tenant, POS terminal, Product Category, Airport Tenant Location and Industry for any given period on-demand. Sales Trends and Comparison for certain periods can also be generated to help evaluate tenant performance. It is also capable of generating Billing Statements for tenant rental and Daily Passenger Traffic based on the sales transactions transmitted to aid GMR-Megawide in designing service enhancement programs.

Connected tenants to the Alliance Tenant Management System include Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Jollibee, Islands Souvenir, Zubuchon, Thirsty, Duty Free Philippines, Leylam’s Shawarma, Missy Bonbon, District 32 Group, Bo’s Coffee, Potato Corner, Candy Corner, Rent-A-Car and Car Parking to name a few.
