Microsoft CIE in Lexmark
The Cloud Solutions team of Alliance Software Inc. conducted a Customer Immersion Experience (CIE) sessions last July 4-6, 2018 at Lexmark Research and Development Corporation in Cebu City.
The CIE session offers a hands-on introduction of Microsoft 365 to the employees of Lexmark. As a Cloud Solution Partner of Microsoft, Alliance provided sufficient resources and tools for the users to do more with Microsoft 365.
Alliance Edge Product Specialist for Cloud Solutions, Karsten Apongan, led the team together with Glenn Barol (Account Executive), Jew David Inocando (Associate Technical Support), and Jocren Tiongco (Associate Technical Support).
During the sessions, Lexmark management and employees were introduced to different productivity and collaboration tools, as follows:
- Microsoft 365 Outlook and Calendar
- Office 365: Collaboration - Office and One Drive
- Microsoft Teams: The Hub for Teamwork in Office 365
- Sharepoint and Flow
- Enhance Productivity with Windows 10
- MyAnalytics, PowerBI, Onenote, Delve, Yammer
