Alliance EDGE Organizes an Executive Forum in Cagayan de Oro
The recent global pandemic has affected everyone's businesses in many ways. As businesses continue to face evolving challenges, digital transformation is a concept that businesses need to better understand to equip the company in facing these challenges.
Last November 10, 2022, Alliance End-to-End Solutions organized an event, Executive Forum on Bridging the Gap in Process and Technology: Getting Things Right after Reset in partnership with Microsoft, SAP, and Reyes Tacandong & Co.
The event was attended by various business sectors, SMBs, entrepreneurs, retailers, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies in Cagayan de Oro and other key cities namely Iligan City, Butuan City, and Bukidnon.
The forum was spearheaded by Mr. Te Jay Luna, Assistant Vice President for Sales and Marketing of AEES, and Mr. Glenn Alcala, representative of Reyes Tacandong & Co., who talked about how digital transformation can create a positive impact on the company.
The speakers highlighted that a solution presented is not a one-size-fits-all. What works for one company may not work for another and that every digital transformation journey is different from each company.
Digital transformation is not just about a new piece of technology or a new software solution or platform. It is about consciously making a change in the company using carefully thought-out solution designed to save the company's time and money, and to maximize the growth potential.
