With AI adoption rapidly increasing, Alliance Software Inc. partnered with the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) to host a timely conference titled "Transforming Customer Engagement: Chatbot-powered Strategies and AI Innovations in Business." Held on March 21, 2024, at the Radisson Blu Hotel, the event attracted Cebu's business community eager to explore the transformative potential of AI in customer engagement.
The event began with a warm welcome from Paulo Uy, past trustee of CCCI. He highlighted the importance of embracing new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) to stay competitive and innovative in today’s fast-paced business environment.
