Students at the Cebu Institute of Technology University (CITU) will now take a major step beyond its existing web-based enrollment system as the university is finally making a transformative leap forward. In partnership with Alliance Software Inc., they are launching a long-awaited digital enrollment system — TrackED, which is designed to bring greater ease, faster processing, and enhanced accessibility to the entire academic community.

This custom-built solution goes beyond just streamlining enrollment—it reimagines how students, faculty, and administrators interact with the university. From the initial student application to class management and beyond, the platform is designed to take the stress out of the process. With everything now just a few clicks away, students can handle their enrollment without ever having to step foot on campus, while faculty and administrators benefit from a system that simplifies class oversight and improves operational efficiency. After months of collaboration and development, CIT-U and Alliance are proud to introduce a smarter, more human-centered way to track education. 

The new TrackED Enrollment System is more than just a platform for signing up for classes—it’s a comprehensive digital solution that transforms how schools operate and how students experience education.

Unlike the current system, TrackED offers a more unified and user-friendly experience by combining enrollment with advanced academic and administrative tools. It is connected to other Alliance Software Incorporated’s solutions like the WEBPOS, HRMS, and SAP. This unified system for all transactions of the university has significantly improves performance, accessibility, and integration, which the existing system lacks in some areas. 

TrackED allows students to apply, submit requirements, and confirm their enrollment completely online, removing the long lines and manual processes that once burdened both students and administrators. Beyond enrollment, the system integrates four powerful portals to streamline academic and administrative tasks. The student portal provides a personalized space where learners can view class schedules, grades, announcements, and payment information anytime. Teachers have their own dedicated portal to manage classes, input grades, and maintain clear communication with their students. On the finance side, the accounting portal enables efficient tracking of payments and balances, giving accounting teams full visibility. Finally, the admin portal equips school leaders with real-time data, reports, and analytics to support smarter decision-making and improved operational efficiency.
